One of the more delicate fabrics on the market, lace is made from yarn or thread in an open, web-like pattern. It can be created by hand or by machine. Lace was originally created by combining linen, silk, gold and silver threads. However, it is now most commonly made with cotton or polyester thread.

In the modern world, lace can be used to create high fashion pieces such as evening dresses, tops and underwear. As with all fabrics, lace has it’s own unique care instructions.

If you’re unable to find the right lace fabric for your project, then do get in touch with us here. We’re more than happy to help.
