Cashmere wool, commonly known as cashmere, is a fibre sourced from cashmere goats. Cashmere is softer compared to regular wool equivalent, and can provide approximately three times more insulation.
One of the rare natural wools of the world, cashmere can be turned into fine cloth as well as scarves, sweaters, socks and shrugs. The word cashmere comes from the old spelling from the Kashmire region in the northern-most region of India.
If you’re unable to find the right cashmere fabric for your project, then do get in touch with us here. We’re more than happy to help.
